amplifonThe HR junior communication specialist will support the Employer Branding and Digital Recruiting Senior Specialist in the following activities:

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT

  • Developing and delivering of effective and measurable employees engagement strategies (Leads Employees engagement survey, collect response and delivering a post Engagement survey action plan);
  • Working with our HQ Corporation on different projects related to the Company Culture in order to contribute to establish a strong One Company identity in terms of leadership behaviors and Values
  • Managing the Company Intranet and internal Community
  • Organizing Company meetings and events
  • Producing organizational communication

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Ensure that external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned with the Group Employer Branding Strategy, and disseminated effectively via more traditional and social attraction campaign;
  • Supporting the global social media strategy on local level;
  • Creating content for local social media channels together with corporate communication
  • Proactively network/manage the relationships with recruitment media advertising contacts;
  • Managing the content of the company website: careers.amplifon.com;
  • Supporting the organization of in campus events;
  • Analyzing KPI related to the external communication;

 

Skills and Experiences

  • Master’s degree in Economic or Humanistic field
  • 2/3 years previous experience in similar activities (Experiences in communication/digital agencies will be a plus)
  • Attitude for data analysis and KPIs monitoring (Social and digital KPIs monitoring)
  • Knowledge of digital communication channels
  • Fluent in English (intermediate level)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross – functional and international teams
