We are currently looking for a Marketing / Communication Trainee in Milan.

 

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and communication to be part of a major disruptive innovation in financial services. You’d report to the Marketing and Communications Manager in Italy with strong support (continuous sharing of best practices) from the Group Marketing / Communication team in Paris.

You will understand our value proposition and translate this into compelling marketing and communication experiences, both online and offline. You are working as part of a dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment. You have a good blend of commercial acumen and tactical “know-how”, rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities

Help the Marketing and Communications manager in all activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads of new “borrowers” and “lenders” to Lendix marketplace. Here is a summary of responsibilities:

– Outbound Acquisition: develop with the Sales team an outbound acquisition strategy (Ideal Customer Profiles, segmentation, go to market strategy, …)

– Lead nurturing: develop marketing automation schemes for improving conversion rates of all channels and nurturing cold leads

– Content marketing: Created targeted content aimed at growing our borrowers and lenders communities

– Social Media: Animate social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

– Marketing & communication tools: Prepare marketing, sales and event materials targeted at lenders and borrower
