JOB MISSION

Contribute to preparation of business dossiers and industry’s hot topics cooperating with Governments officials as well as media and PR agencies. Support the definition of Company Public Affairs PA agenda and the execution of strategy according to defined KPIs. Regularly interact with other functions and teams (Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sustainability…) to execute Public Affairs  Regional strategy.

Support the creation and implementation of  Public Affairs key activities, ensuring their integration within the business priorities and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • With the aim of building regular contacts, support the preparation of communication materials to keep internal and external stakeholders informed about organization’s work and policies, cooperating with external PR agencies
  • According to the agenda, support the preparation of business dossiers and industry hot topics, interacting with internal and external institutional stakeholders
  • Support the creation of networks and coalitions with decision makers, supporting the organization of regular meetings and attending the ones with key stakeholders and representative of the Company
  • Develop relations with media and influencers in coverage areas relevant to the Corporate PA Agenda; monitor coverage and prepare analysis and reports for top management, generate story ideas and news opportunities
  • Seek media opportunities, build a press schedule, prepares full briefing packages and brief officials upon arrival and follow ups on press contacts
  • Monitor key industry trends and EU, country and local institution decisions and proceedings to support the creation of quantitative and qualitative analysis for senior management
  • Support the creation of Corporate papers and statements
  • Working with Corporate Communication Team, develop contents designed to keep employees informed of programs and activities in the PA space
  • Attend educational activities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Relevant experience on a same or very similar role
  • Strong social media knowledge
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build a network and to establish long – lasting  relationships with colleagues at different levels
  • Influencing skills both internally and externally
  • Analytical skills and ability to develop contents
  • Strong problem – solving  skills, goal – orientation, protectiveness in his/her career development
