heinikenHEINEKEN Italy is looking for a DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER to join the Marketing Department.

MISSION

Implement the digital media strategy for all our brands.

As Media is becoming more and more reliant on data and tech, this role is also crucial for our Data-driven agenda and requires ‘data savvy’ skill set and MarTech know-how.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The person, reporting to the Digital & Media Marketing Manager, will be in charge of:

  • Online media planning (automated and not; video/display/search/social) & buying optimization.
  • Implementing programmatic campaigns with our media agency by managing directly our DMP and supervising our full MarTech stack.
  • Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital media plans, and analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Contribute to our Data-driven agenda on media side, working in a crossfunctional team.
  • Last but not least, spread the digital know-how all over marketing teams, sharing key learnings and best practices to raise the bar.

 

KEY STAKEHOLDERS

  • Brand teams to lead every brand campaign brief per channel from brief to final results, working close to brand managers for continuous optimization.
  • Agencies: lead the digital media team and collaborate with the digital agency team.
  • CMI team to work on audience segmentation and to match media results with our digital learning agenda.
  • Global media community to identify and feed the digital measurement framework and to share digital best cases.
  • Global digital partners and main digital vendors to develop strong relationships with them.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical knowledge of data stack solutions such as CRM, DSPs, DMP, verification tools.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of all digital platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence within content.
  • Able to interact with multiple stakeholders of different seniority and to coordinate an extensive digital team inside the media agency.
  • Working within a dynamic international environment by being the contact point to learn, share and re-apply.
  • Excellent English is mandatory.
  • Experience in a digital or media agency is preferred.
