abbFor the Sales & Marketing Local Business Unit (EP Division), we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to join the team. Working collaboratively, with Local Division Manager and key senior business leaders, while contributing to the digital transformation of the organization (including but not limited to: go-to-market, business model, people, strategy and process).
This position is responsible for understanding the market, competitor landscape, sales and customer challenges faced within Italy and then planning, developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation. To achieve both the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way, and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Tasks

Responsibilities will include:

• Proactively leading, developing and coaching the Marketing & Communication department
• Conceptualizing, creating and ensuring the implementation of marketing and communications strategies, in line with global marketing and sales strategy and budget
• Managing the marketing action plan to achieve both the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way, and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Managing processes, coordinating the day-to-day execution of the process, identifying and implementing changes to the process
• Defining key Marketing targets in line with Division strategy and ensure these are achieved
• Identifying all existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities based on analysis, defining strategy/business plans for each, and coordinating the relevant teams
• Working with local/ global stakeholders – sales, business directors, and account management – to identify sales and business goals and marketing strategies to support and drive the business.
• Planning, developing and executing of integrated digital marketing strategies, including all digital advertising, promotions & communication initiatives
• Improving customer acquisition, engagement and retention by leveraging available analytics and SEO best practices to develop content within MarCom team

Requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience (including digital marketing experience) and exposure to working with senior stakeholders
• You will need to be a self-confident, proactive thinker, hands-on individual with a natural attitude for spreading innovation and with a proven experience in planning and executing marketing and digital marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions in a multi-channel environment.
• You must have a deep experience in these core digital areas: Digital Marketing, Digital Products and Services, Digital Campaign Organization, Planning and Management, KPIs, and reporting across channels and tactics
• As Marketing & Communication Manager you will have an international exposure, so you must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environment at different levels
• Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant demanding timescales and able to adapt to rapid priority shifts aimed at sustaining competitive advantage will complete the profile.
