Ensure excellence on the definition of Social Media campaigns at Brand level.
Help coordinate multi-country Social Media activation and deployment to step-change J&J SM strategies in 2019 and beyond.
Define and track Social Media KPIs – ensures ROI of Social Media and conducts analysis and recommendations to scale success across cluster.
Help the brand managers define and approve cluster communication calendar and posting assets, under well-established process and best in class guidelines.
Evaluate available SM content on other J&J countries / GFO for implementation
Ensure that Social Media is integrated with excellence into 360 marketing campaigns (where relevant).
Ensure social media processes are executed correctly and on schedule. Always connecting with Total Brand Experience (TBX) group in EMEA as well as other key stakeholders like PR-Influencers team, GFOs, Clusters / Global teams …
Champion Social Media internally, lead all Social Media training and Test & Learn projects across the SE Cluster.
Owns and drives relationship with key partner Facebook.
Provide overall (360) digital marketing support to the Key Beauty brands in the company (Neutrogena, Aveeno, Piz Buin, Ogx). Including Digital Strategy, Media planning supervision, Search, Creative guidance… etc. Working closely with Brand Managers, Agencies and other stakeholders in the company.
Additional responsibilities within the Digital Marketing team might include: paid influencers coordination, Ratings & Reviews, Budget control of all Social Media related.
