The Opportunity
As Product communication supervisor you will participate in defining and deploy the affiliate Philip Morris Italia annual communication strategy focusing on product.

You will collaborate with all other departments on a daily basis. Moreover this job requires great autonomy, great flexibility, great prioritization and great internal stakeholders management skills given the huge amount of projects that need to be managed at the same time and given the complexity of the organization to relate with. It is also crucial ensuring great collaboration and regular update with global comms and the rest of the External Affairs and comms team in order to ensure coherency and alignment among all the communications.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Support corporate positioning needs both at national and international level with active participation to local and international projects, events and forums, generating media coverage on lifestyle media targeting public opinion and consumers.
• Act internally as contact person for the RRP development team by shaping and covering on media the most relevant activities focusing on product’s benefits understanding, relevance and credibility and ensuring coherence with corporate medium and long-term vision.
• Act externally as contact person for lifestyle journalists, both directly building and nourishing relations with editorial groups and through dedicated external press offices (national and local needs).
• Monitor and measure performance and then turn communications data into insights to provide strategic recommendations to the business to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance in autonomously managing external suppliers and agencies as well as third parties entertainment
• People management: 1 junior resource
