The Junior Communications Specialist will support the Communication Department to manage both external and internal communications. The aim is to promote a positive public image, control and monitor the flow of information and manage negative communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support of Communication Dept in developing content for each kind of communication: External (PR and Communication activities) and Internal (HR support, newsletter and company messages, Retail communication)
- Support on developing corporate communication strategies
- Drafting content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website
- Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
- Support on scouting and developing CSR projects and institutional communication statements
- Support on organization and management of both corporate and brand events
- Support on organization and management of media relation, requests for interviews, statements, etc.
- Support in scouting and development of Charity initiatives
- Support in Retail communication strategies
- Support on developing contents for marketing plans, retail promotional material etc.
