yooxKey Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate and publish copies for all social media platforms, both organic and paid;
  • Support in the definition and update of editorial guide-lines, style and tone of voice;
  • Active support in the definition and execution of the editorial calendar;
  • Collaborate in the activation of influencers and celebrities;
  • Provide assistance in coordinating different events and projects, including live coverage;
  • Proactively support in the management of Daisy, our avatar taking over YOOX IG account;
  • Oversee and supervise the social media shootings in terms of styling and planning;
  • Work very close with the Creative department to create content ad hoc for social media;
  • Conduct research and perform market analysis, providing insights on best practices;
  • Monitor and analyse effectiveness of SM campaigns and communicate insights;
  • General team admin, organization and logistics;
  • Proactively work with local markets to sharing editorial guide-lines and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Passion and a true interest in the SM industry;
  • Passion and a true interest in Fashion;
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills;
  • Working background in the fashion industry, preferably in a digital environment;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Attention to details;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Must be creative, curious, informed, dynamic, clear and precise;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under stress and with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient knowledge of English is a must;
  • Basic knowledge of Italian;
  • Knowledge of any other language will be considered as a plus.
