In this role you will be responsible for implementing the local communication strategy and maintaining the positive image of the Company, brand and value proposition. You will ensure fully integrated communications messaging, promoting overall and cross ABB offer in line with local business priorities, aligned with corporate and country communications strategies and guidelines.

You will manage the collection, management and enhancement of contents throughout the entire local and European organization (corporate and business) to support the local and global communications strategy. Your daily tasks include working in close collaboration with Corporate Communications team, contribute to value creation around contents identifying and implementing innovative tools and actions to maximize impact of dissemination, both internally and externally with a multichannel vision.

You will be responsible for selecting relevant communications tools and tactics, adapting, translating and implementing as required to support cross divisional initiatives and achieve the Company’s objectives in the local business. You will contribute to the development of inter-divisional/functional initiatives and support the Country Growth Team. You will collaborate with internal and external communications service providers instrumental to the mission as well as define quality and delivery targets of assigned activities, monitor ongoing progress, and resolve issues. On your daily basis you will ensure that targets and metrics for managed initiatives are properly implemented and develop additional local measures as required.

You will maintain and encourage a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.
