The Communication manager reports to the Director of Communication & Events. and is assigned to manage internal and external marketing communication strategies and plans.
JOB DUTIES:
- Strategize and execute all external and internal communication plans.
- Supervise all media tactics, including press releases, blog posts, social posts and interaction with external agencies and consultants.
- Develop and maintain the brand book providing consistency across CCH Tagetik marketing materials and presentations.
- Supervise, assign duties and mentor the PR and Communications Specialist.
- Support awareness strategy and media tactics for local operations.
- Support the global marketing plan and related campaigns through media tactics.
- Develop strategic external presentations and speeches for events and executive meetings.
- Interact with journalists and thought leaders in EU and US to improve the company’s perception.
- Work with the Marketing Analyst to monitor and analyze KPIs around brand awareness and our global footprint.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in communications, marketing or business administration
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant communication experience is required
- Outstanding communication skills and proficient English or native english language is required
- Coordinate resource to meet short-term objectives; identify and solve a range of problems in straightforward situation
- Experience doing technical writing
- Entrepreneurial attitude, self-driven personality, flexible, hard working, creative and a good team player
