PhilipMorris_lavoroAs Corporate Affairs (CA) Communication Supervisor you will support and enable the CA Communication & Contribution Manager with the definition and the execution of the country communications strategy in alignment with CA department strategies and objectives.
Reporting to the Communication Manager within the CA Department, you will be responsible both for communications, media relations and corporate digital and social channels in order to develop integrated and targeted programs to build and preserve Corporate Reputation.
In particular, you will provide planning, development and execution of all communications activities managing external consultants, agencies and junior colleagues.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Contribute to create and implement the external communication plan. In addition, acting as a business partner with all departments, supporting them in the communication of their main projects.

• Coordinates and supervises projects implementation ensuring their consistency and alignment with PMI’s guidelines and with global and regional communications strategy and consistency through all mediums.

• Work with strategic partners to develop and implement comprehensive communication programs and campaigns that build buzz and awareness for the digital environment. Define a content strategy/plan for digital CA digital channels such as website and social networks.

• Develop and create external communication projects and related materials. Coordinate the processes with internal or external stakeholders, supervises the implementation ensuring correct budget usage

• Keep current on trends, issues and news about both the business and world of media and keep constant relationships with journalists

• Regularly consolidate the measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of the communication strategy against agreed objectives and KPIs

Requirements:

• Working experience: at least 5/6 years
• Fluent in italian and english
• Previous experience in a multinational environment (Company or PR Agency) highly desirable
• Experience in project management and people management
• Knowledge/experience in tobacco industry and or fast moving consumer goods is considered a plus
• Experienced in media relations and social media management/digital PR with a strong journalists network
