Responsibilities:
Supporting activities of preparation and development for internal communication
feeding and maintenance of company blog;
company’s intranet management;
company’s videowall management;
company’s daily Press review management;
inbox for the internal communication;
internal events and initiatives management;
preparation contents for the company forum.
Supporting activities of preparation and development for external communication:
preparation of press releases;
mailing list for event and press conferences;
preparation of briefing papers for journalists;
support to events organization;
support to BAT Magazine publication (proofreading etc)
maintenance of texts for Internet site and corporate web site;
management and sending of press review;
monitoring and disseminating of news agencies and internet news.
Essential requirements
Requirements:
Degree in appropriate area;
Sound working knowledge of computer applications MS Office package in particular of Power Point and Excel;
Good spoken and written Italian and English proficiency;
Excellent interpersonal skills and available to support others;
Ability to work under pressure;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and constructive attitude;
Excellent analytical skills;
Experience in Photoshop or other similar tools is considered an advantage.
