The HR junior communication specialist will support the Employer Branding and Digital Recruiting Senior Specialist in the following activities:
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYEES ENGAGEMENT
- Developing and delivering of effective and measurable employees engagement strategies (Leads Employees engagement survey, collect response and delivering a post Engagement survey action plan);
- Working with our HQ Corporation on different projects related to the Company Culture in order to contribute to establish a strong One Company identity in terms of leadership behaviors and Values
- Managing the Company Intranet and internal Community
- Organizing Company meetings and events
- Producing organizational communication
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Ensure that external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned with the Group Employer Branding Strategy, and disseminated effectively via more traditional and social attraction campaign;
- Supporting the global social media strategy on local level;
- Creating content for local social media channels together with corporate communication
- Proactively network/manage the relationships with recruitment media advertising contacts;
- Managing the content of the company website: careers.amplifon.com;
- Supporting the organization of in campus events;
- Analyzing KPI related to the external communication;
Skills and Experiences
- Master’s degree in Economic or Humanistic field
- 2/3 years previous experience in similar activities (Experiences in communication/digital agencies will be a plus)
- Attitude for data analysis and KPIs monitoring (Social and digital KPIs monitoring)
- Knowledge of digital communication channels
- Fluent in English (intermediate level)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in cross – functional and international teams
