Joining e-Novia, you are going to interact with highly dynamics startups, well-known Italian and international companies, investors and media agencies, to communicate hi-tech and innovative products to the world of innovation.
The candidate will be also involved in the internalization projects of e-Novia.
The responsibilities will include:
- Maintain relationships, coordinate and manage our Media Agency to secure coverage in key press publications
- Contribute to the development and execution of outbound PR initiatives
- Coordinate all the actors and develop all the elements of our communication strategy around an event, including developing a target audience profile and planning promotional campaigns
- Manage reporting on all communication initiatives
- Copy editing of PPT decks and in-depth research reports
- Support our Design Team and Media Agency in creating and selecting communication messages and visuals
TECHNICAL PROFILE
- Two-three years communication experience in a tech or innovation company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in technology and innovation field
- Optimal IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
OTHER SKILLS
- Acute problem solving ability
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work under tight deadlines
- Superior organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to engage in long and short-term planning
- Dynamic enterprise attitude. Ability to independently solve problems
- Passion about innovative technology
- Good knowledge of English language
- Availability to travel in Italy and worldwide depending on business needs
- “Can do” spirit is essential
