You will support operatively the Corporate Comms manager in activities related to her Country and European Roles with all necessary skills and tools, role vision, networking focus and proactive approach. You will collaborate with Corporate Comms team in the implementation of projects and ensuring operational back-up for critical activities and bringing a proactive contribution to their digital evolution. You will be responsible for differential communication tasks ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
In cooperation with the manager, you will design and implements internal communications plans and tools
You will research, compile special reports, presentation, correspondence, etc. You will perform administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific departments processes/programs. You will implement ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will effectively organize, monitor and control activities to ensure achievement of planned tasks. You will prepare materials for, and assist team meetings.
