This position is located near Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria. Please do only apply if you are open to relocation.
This challenging and exciting position is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the development of our E-Commerce projects, especially our new B2B online shop. More concretely, you will be part of our young and driven E-Commerce team and work in following areas:
- Project Management: actively participate to the definition and agile implementation of projects within our e-commerce landscape with a focus on our new B2B online shop to drive the commercial success of the platform
- Content Planning and Management: provide online content briefing and coordinate with our communication team, product category management team and/or external agencies to receive and update content on website (CMS)
- Content Optimization: analyze content performance on our B2B online shop together with our communication and SEO team, define and align on improvement measures and ensure implementation on website
- Merchandising and Onsite Optimization: support product owner and online marketing team to analyze commercial performance with focus on merchandising, promotion and campaigns; optimize users’ shopping experience through identification of behaviors and needs and derive opportunities for new features, content and enhancements of existing features

WHAT WE EXPECT
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have a passion for e-commerce and digital topics and enjoy combining business knowledge with customer insights and state-of-the art technologies. You also have a strong interest in working for a premium brand. Furthermore, your profile includes the following:
- Relevant e-commerce and/or online content management experience
- Knowledge and experience in CMS editing, UX and conversion optimization, SEO, digital marketing would be a plus
- Practical experience with visual editing (e.g. Photoshop) and/or screen design would be appreciated
- Experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics
- Hands-on approach to get things done quickly, prioritize and resolve issues effectively, always keeping our customers at top of mind
- Strong team player with great communication skills
- Excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Tyrol, Innsbruck area (we support relocation)
