Teamsystem cerca International Social Media Specialist – Milano

In order to enforce our E-commerce team, we are looking for an International Social Media Specialist to boost visibility and engagement of the cloud software.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set goals, define the strategy and implement the campaigns
• Identify the right platform depending on the objective
• Deliver successful creative campaigns across a range of platforms
• Platforms to be managed: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter
• Create content for different countries (Italy, Spain, Germany, UK), with the support of external translation agency, if necessary
• Manage publications through editorial calendars and post on daily basis
• Create content to support events
• Use analytics to track KPI’s performance and implement corrective actions
• Monitor sentiment
• Moderate comments

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience (3 years) in social media management;
• Proficiency in social media platforms;
• Passionate about the world of social media;
• Passion and curiosity on software products;
• Solid organizational and planning skills. Strong ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes;
• Excellent teamwork and also self-starter & ability to work independently;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proven leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking; strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Italian;
• Mother tongue:  Italian;
• Willingness to travel;
• Master degree in marketing/communication;
• Proficiency: English;
• Proficiency: Spanish or German.
