Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic Email and Direct Marketing Campaign Specialist to join the CRM and Direct Marketing team, within the Global and Strategic Marketing unit. The CRM and Direct Marketing’s mission is to analyse customer and prospect trends and provide them the best direct marketing cross-channels experience according to the defined customer journey. This team has a tremendous impact on the markets business performances especially with regards to prospect conversion and customer repetetion increase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining campaign calendar and process flows across markets
Continuous analysis of campaign performance and development of optimization strategies
Creation and deployment of trigger marketing campaigns and customer journeys to enhance conversion and retention. Previous experience with Acquisition Campaigns, Welcome Journeys, Reactivation and Post Purchase would be an asset
Daily management of the communication agency
Continuous commitment to investigating and improving data quality
‎Delivering email marketing targets for marketing campaigns working in conjunction with other department teams
Assessing CRM capabilities/requirements and proposing initiatives to improve campaign performances

KEY REQUIREMENTS 

Master’s degree in Marketing / Communication Science / Business Management (or other studies with significant marketing/communication background)
2-3 years experience in Marketing or Communication Agency
Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving combined with sense of business and commercial awareness
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong enterpreunerial attitude
Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required), every other languages would be a plus.
Previous experience with Marketing cloud tools, Adobe Photoshop proficiency as well as knowledge of HTML language are all valuable plus
