THE NICE GROUP IS LOOKING FOR A COMMUNICATION, PR AND ADVERTISING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR MARKETING TEAM. REPORTING TO THE CORPORATE COORDINATOR OF COMMUNICATION, PR & ADVERTISING, HIS/HER MAIN ACTIVITIES WILL BE:
- Deliver, also with the selected communication and advertising agencies, the yearly media plan of the Nice group.
- Ensure that the content of communication, above-the-line and below-the line, are coherent with the brand identity and positioning of the Nice group.
- Follow the group strategic guidelines to define the communication contents.
- Align with the Coordinator and the communication agencies, to balance the media tools and channels for advertising messages.
- Check with the Coordinator that the advertising and PR budget is respected.
- Work closely with the company’s Departments which can contribute to build the best communication content: visual & production, product management, digital marketing, R&D, sales, HR.
- Be constantly in contact with Nice MarCom Departments abroad to coordinate the PR activities and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure the alignment of the local PR\Advertising agency and Nice subsidiaries.
- Provide a monthly report on the Advertising publications\PR\Media Coverage\events worldwide.
- Ensure to receive and revise the monthly report from the communication agencies with the proper KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with the press and the company stakeholders.
IT AND LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- English. Additional foreign languages are a plus, especially French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
