Flex cerca Communication and Marketing Intern – Milano

We are looking for a young professional with a Marketing or Communication background to join the Flex Milan Design Center for a 6-month internship.

In this role, you will join an innovative team and pro-actively participate in the design of internal and external communication and branding strategies.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

 Ensure that internal and external branding is consistent with Global messages and reinforces the value and image of Flex for the Milan Design Center and the Italian and European market.

 Support global and regional marketing initiatives as well as local employer branding initiatives.

 Participate in the definition of our new internal communication strategy.

 Create new communication material, (infographics/presentations/templates) for management and customers.

 Assist in the organization of Milan Design Center events.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

 Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent

 Top-notch communication skills and the natural aptitude to interact and cooperate with different audiences at all levels

 Fluency in written and spoken English

 Passion for digital communication

Nice to Have, experience with:

 Communication plans design

 Digital content strategy development

 Social media management

 Communication and storytelling techniques
