Manage internal communication (events / news about out products /etc.);

Develop and lead the company’s internal communication strategy;

Collaborate with HR department on the engagement project and develop a proposal for the Italian market;

Collate and analyze current communication and messages and ensure consistency and alignment to our strategy;

Manage our PR agencies (Corporate Brand and principal Brands), futher develop communication projects (such as Mylan Essere Donna) on specific focus areas for Mylan;
-
Manage Paid Media Agency (Havas) for key products collaborating with the reference Brand Manager for the brief and for the evaluation of the agency proposed plan;
-
Collaborate with the Global Key Brand Team on several strategic topics;
-
Manage the Multichannel Kick off with the reference brand managers;
-
Manage the Corporate Social Responsibility program;
-
A&P Budget Management, Communication and paid media.

Previous experience of at least 3 years as a communication manager for a Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare company would be a strong advantage;
-
Highly articulated individual with excellent written communication and presentation skills is essential;

A committed and flexible approach to the job;

A proven ability to lead communication strategies in other organizations;
-
Expertise on all matters relating to marketing, public relations and communications with punctual KPI definitions and follow-up;

Fluent in English and Italian;

Great attitude in working in a team, interacting with different levels and departments;

Ability to coordinate projects;
-
Excellent project management and time management skills: must possess outstanding organizational and planning skills and the ability to prioritize.
