Job Details & Key Attributes
· Provide overall support to local internal stakeholder team by coordinating meetings, managing minutes and follow-up items, and other related activities
· Manage both internal and external event coordination to include grant check presentations, award ceremonies and recognition programs
· Draft content for communications materials including but not limited to internal and external publications, Web site, talking points and brochures
· Prepare company newsletters, event announcements and all the internal/external communications and brand activities
· Identify, coordinate and staff community outreach opportunities
· Provide support to plant departments and divisions for external communication requests such as the development of advertisements and presentations, brand guidelines, etc.
· Identify and implement internal communications methods to effectively and efficiently share information at all levels of the facility
· Coordinate tours of facility for local community and business leaders, media, elected officials, community groups, as requested and approved
Coordinate 360° communication projects in collaboration with Communication team
