Job Description
As HeartWatch’s Marketing & Communication Specialist you will be expected to provide a high-level of support to the external consultant in activities such as communication, marketing, branding, PR and events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Managing internal and external communication, marketing and strategic planning;
- Creating contents for the social and web publishing plan and managing of communication channels;
- Creating presentations and simple visual communication materials;
- Managing relationships with suppliers and external consultants;
- Supporting in managing relations with company stakeholders and PR support for special projects;
- Participating in inter-functional/product meetings to ensure alignment with the company strategy with important functions (Marketing, Working Groups, Market Access, HR, Legal & Compliance among others);
- Maintaining HeartWatch’s website and web presence;
- Monitoring company visibility and internal coordination for answers/notes.
