Responsibilities
- Produce user requirements specifications, illustrations, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, info-graphics, design elements, concept prototypes and presentations
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
- Make design decisions based on feedback from usability studies, analytics usage patterns and customer feedback
- Work collaboratively with product management, marketing and sales to turn ideas into intuitive designs and working applications and products
- Manage design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules
- Work closely with design & development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented
- Evolve and encourage adoption of consistent design and user experience standards within our client’s products and services
Skills and Experience
- 2 or more years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of graphical storytelling, interaction design and custom illustration making
- Interest in design tendencies, online technologies and a proactive approach to staying current with new trends and how the digital market is evolving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical resources
- Ability to learn quickly, and show flexibility in adapting to change and managing multiple priorities
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Power Point
- Experience with 3D and film/sound editing programmes would be an advantage
- Excellent English
- Willingness to travel
