Support deployment and pilot the Digital division Strategy to address our different key targets (Distributors – trad & e-commerce, Garage, Drivers).
Mission
Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing and Online.
Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organisation.
Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
Writing Valeo Service Italia spa press releases for media with a special focus on the automotive magazines.
Monitoring press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximising opportunities for positive PR and playing down any negative PR after a proper internal process validation.
Collecting and analysing current communications and messages and ensuring consistency.
Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company (in line with Group orientations)
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Managing the redesign of the company website.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
Co-manage for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Review new technologies and request new developments in digital marketing.
Recommend and deploy the best on line customers journey and the best customers centric portfolio of offers & functionalities, that will transform visitors into leads, and even brand ambassadors.
