We have an opening for a Communication and Graphic Designer to join our team in Bergamo, Italy. You will join a talented team full of ambition and creative drive. With direct contact with our clients in workshops and team projects, you will be challenged to test your skills and develop them on an international level.
Responsibilities
- Produce user requirements specifications, illustrations, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, info-graphics, design elements, concept prototypes and presentations
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
- Make design decisions based on feedback from usability studies, analytics usage patterns and customer feedback
- Work collaboratively with product management, marketing and sales to turn ideas into intuitive designs and working applications and products
- Manage design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules
- Work closely with design & development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented
- Evolve and encourage adoption of consistent design and user experience standards within our client’s products and services
