Part of the Digital communication team, you will support the Social Media team in implementing Bvlgari’s global social media strategy, in connection with many different partners (business units, countries, PR, creative teams, external partners…).
Responsibilities
The Social Media Assistant main responsibilities include:
– Supporting the Social Media team in defining the editorial calendar for each social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube mainly).
– Supporting the live coverage during events, in Italy or abroad.
– Helping prepare the assets scheduled to be posted on social media (visuals, videos, captions) and contribute to publish contents on our social media platforms, through external social tools (Socialbakers) or natively on each social media platform managed by the team.
– Supporting the team in managing the Community management (comments, DMs, alerting…) through monitoring tools and external partners.
– Supporting the Social Media Data Analyst in building ad hoc and recurrent reports about social media activations.
– Staying up to date on social media news and supporting benchmarks on the Luxury sector and the competition.
– Supporting the Social Media team on administrative tasks.
– Creating privileged relationships with internal teams and partners.
