The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for implementing (for commercial and production) the social media strategy, creating an editorial plan and managing contents, creative execution, media placement, and users’ engagement. The role will be instrumental in ensuring that our brand is meaningfully differentiated and impact business results over time (loyalty, engagement, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a crucial role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

The candidate will join Communications and Event team and will closely collaborate with all the corporate functions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement company social media strategy
  • Manage the content calendar and publishing content
  • Working with the team and internal stakeholder
  • Participate in external and internal company event in order to ensure proper visibility on external and internal media channels
  • Monitor performance (KPI)
  • Provide reports and analysis on campaign delivery and performance and share actionable insights with the rest of the team
  • Support creation of the editorial plan and original contents
  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting
  • Interact with the PR/Digital agency
