The Senior Brand Communication Specialist will be instrumental in devising, creating and executing innovative and strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, acquisition targets and sales revenue at a global scale, mainly through our social media channels.
As a brand expert, you will be managing the branding of all social media campaigns, while utilizing unique storytelling and appropriate creatives.
Versatility is key for this role, the ideal candidate has proven creative marketing skills, business development orientation, and analytical aptitude in tracking marketing performance.
The Senior Brand Communication Specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. The Senior Brand Communication Specialist will be responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities including:
- Create and implement a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly commercial calendar plan
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Pitch and plan creative marketing campaigns to build a stronger brand presence within target communities
- Leverage our analytics to assist with marketing campaigns and positioning, be accountable for campaign performance
- Ensure coordination/alignment between communication strategy and website content/catalog
