Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital efforts including web design, SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising efforts, social media management.
- Create and measure with dedicated report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Will define, identify, and implement customer acquisition strategies.
- Must be both analytical and strategic and embrace the challenge of dramatically increasing Company digital presence.
- Contribute to the definition of sales e-Commerce strategies, programs and plans.
- Be directly involved in the day-to-day e-Commerce operations and maintenance. Enhance user experience on .com accounts together with the marketing dept. by finessing each web page with A+ content, most up-to-date imagery, video, upsell items, etc.
- Ensure the entire web process exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived to product availability, quality and order processing timeliness.
Knowledge and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years digital marketing experience including experience in driving digital advertising campaigns;
- 3-5 years Pay Per Click advertising experience.
- Experience with any CMS platforms
- HTML and CSS proficiency
- Proficiency for managing advertising campaign on Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook.
- Strong Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with multi-faceted email platforms (Mailchimp is a plus)
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce environment
- Analytical skills capable of organizing and maintaining components of a project life-cycle; including site analytics, email measurement, display measurement.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, and creative problem solving abilities, to assist in meeting company and team goals.
- Motivated self-starter with high energy level, and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve goals and objectives.
- Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with partner retail sites is a plus (examples: Retail Link, DIY chains, Vendor Central, Amazon, Manomano, etc).
- Experience with SAP Hybris will be a plus.
- Fluency in English
- Spanish or French language will be a plus
