The candidate will be included in the “Group Internal Communication” team of UniCredit S.p.A. at the Milan office.With the aim of strengthening communication activities for the Group’s internal customers, we are looking for a web content specialist who will be responsible for the creation, management and development of communication for employees.In detail, the resource will work in close collaboration with the Group Internal Communication team in Milan and with the sales teams, mainly Marketing and product development, and will have the following responsibilities:- creation of UniCredit style communication content (Intranet, email, banners, etc.).- creation of the structure of the different communication elements (web pages, mobile, email)- preparation and management of sector newsletters- participation in weekly Group alignment meetings- coordination of workflows and responsibility for planning releases
Requisiti
– Degree in institutional communication/economics- Excellent editorial and writing skills- Fluent knowledge of the English language both written and spoken- Basic knowledge of the banking, investment and trading world- Excellent organizational skills as the activity requires scheduling with tight deadlines and coordination of activities- Ability to work in a team and to relate frequently to different areas of the bank- Precision, proactivity, autonomy and initiative
