To strengthen our Medical Affairs team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Scientific & Communication Specialist for our affiliate based in Milan, Italy.
As a Scientific & Communication Specialist, you will identify and foster purposeful partnerships with key scientific influencers to drive new sources of patient value.
You like to work in an environment where you can:
Cooperate closely with the Medical Team and our different Patient Value Units team members across functions.
This role is office-based.
You will contributeby:
- Reviewing non-promotional and promotional materials
- Contributing to MedCom best practice development
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, processes and SOPs
- Contributing to Medical-Scientific trainings
- Sharing expertise to complex MedInfo standard document
- Supporting the development of best practices, common standards, metrics and systems
- Ensuring close cooperation with regulatory (LCC)
- Maintaining and continuously expanding TA, disease, and product knowledge
Interested? For this position you’ll need the followingeducation, experienceand skills:
- Scientific Bachelor’s degree (preferred; PharmD / PhD in life sciences or in a medical or science-related specialty)
- First experience with interpretation and communication of medical / scientific data (preferred; experience in Scientific / Medical Affairs such as MedInfo, MSL, Medical Writing and / or Clinical Development / Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance)
- Knowledge of regulatory / safety / legal requirements and implications of Medical Communication activities
- Excellent command of the English language and outstanding written and communication skills
