According to the Global guidelines, coordinates and manages all the Communications & Sustainability projects for the Cluster, defining, planning and implementing the necessary activities in order to:
• Drive employee engagement with impactful internal communications
• Position Pandora as an attractive employer
• Position Pandora in key news, business and trade media and at impactful speaking podiums
• Engage stakeholders to drive our sustainability agenda
• Lead local issues/crises management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Employee comms: drive communications content for the Cluster on internal channels and help develop the reach and impact of our internal channels
• Leadership comms: support Cluster leaders in employee engagement/change management initiatives; contribute to global message development and tools, including engagement surveys
• Employer Branding: drive EB campaigns in Cluster and take part in developing global EB concepts
• Sustainability: activate sustainability initiatives locally and engage with authorities, NGOs and other stakeholders as part of global campaigning.
• Media & public: pitch stories/interviews and build relations with leading international and regional business media, industry opinions leaders and social media to position the Pandora story
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• 7+ years professional experience from corporate communications and sustainability, including relations building to high-level media across business and dailies, crafting corporate messages for external and internal use, and orchestrating speaking opportunities
• Understanding of the wider industry and sustainability agenda, and how this impacts corporates and brands
• Excellent knowledge of Employer Branding best practices
• Familiarity with traditional and modern communications methods
• Demonstrable project management skills
• Familiarity with Social Media and modern Communications tools
• Experience from working in a global matrix organisation and capacity to contribute in globally networked projects
• Experience with issues management from a consumer oriented business
• Masters degree in either communications, journalism, business economics, or societal studies
