You will have the chance to join the Human Resources & Training Department, within the new People Engagement Centre of Expertise and you will play an essential role in supporting the design and delivery of a range of strategic initiatives, projects and programs to enhance internal engagement and well-being.
As People Engagement intern, you will be responsible for:
— Ideate, develop and monitor new People Engagement initiatives within the Italian firm
— Support in executing ongoing projects and campaigns
— Develop and organize contents for internal communications
— Create and nurture a knowledge base focused on People Engagement and Internal communication
What we are looking for:
— Enrolled in an Academic program, ideally with specialization in Human Resources/Business/Communication with a clear reference to People Engagement, Employee Experience or Internal Communication
— Interest in developing a dissertation, a compulsory internship or academic studies within the Degree Course/Master
— Copywriting skills, creativity and proactivity
— Excellent relationship, teamworking and communication skills
— Precision, time management and project management capabilities
— Proficiency in English, ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroad
