To support the IM – ATL/Content Manager in creating managing and analyzing Marketing Communications strategies and campaigns designed and implemented to generate product awareness/preference and strengthen brand identity, as well as drive business opportunities and stimulate/support sales for the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the MarCom Manager in the definition of Marketing goals and branding macro-activities in line with the overall strategy.
- To contribute in identifying and building Communications opportunities/strategies and appropriate marketing tactics in collaboration with Product Team.
- To coordinate creative/digital Agencies and Vendors to efficiently prepare, develop and finalize MarCom materials.
- To coordinate ATL/BTL and Corporate activities and materials to ensure creative excellence and consistency cross-division.
- To evaluate ATL trends, scenarios and movements which can positively impact brand image and identity.
- To measure and analyze the Marketing and Media spending effectiveness, as well as other Brand/Campaign KPIs, continuously.
- To monitor Competitor movements in Media and Content to adjust and regulate Communication actions promptly.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication.
- Min. 3 months experience in relevant Marketing context/profession.
- Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tool required.
- Language Knowledge: good written and spoken Italian & English.
- Others: Problem solving skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, high accuracy in performing tasks, creative and flexible aptitude and proactivity.
