In particular, regarding the Internal Communication and CSR the VIE will be

• directly responsible to update and develop the corporate intranet pages in two languages (Italian and English) also by creating news and being responsible to proactively identify the new contents to be posted online

• in charge of drafting, in Italian and English, messages for the staff regarding new initiatives, events, appointment, etc

• in charge of sending proper feedbacks to the central based communication teams (London and Paris)

• a member of the Corporate Responsibility team spreading internal messages to the employees regarding all the initiatives staff about the progress of the project and the arrangements for the provision of volunteer hours as well as in the creation of events and initiatives to promote further collection of funds for the association.

Regarding the Media Relations the VIE will

• Support the media relation agency to schedule media interviews with spokespeople

• Be in charge of the updating of the documentation (company profiles, factsheets, credentials) for the journalists

With respect to the Organisation of Events her/his main tasks will be

• requests of cost estimates to suppliers, drafting of save the date and invitation, responses management

• Responsible for the respect of the procedures and the archive with the requested documentations

• In charge of the data input into the reporting tool

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
