Our On-board Retail Experience Department takes care at worldwide level of the consistency of the all the communications to our customer on our ships, whether this communication is delivered in a branded public areas, outlets or in the cabin, both with digital and physical means of communication. In this scenario, have an exciting opportunity for an intern that will work directly reporting to the Director who’ll support the following key activities:

  • Collect communication needs from operation department and find the appropriate solution (what message, where to deliver it and how) within the ship environment, working closely with all the team members (copywriter, art director, senior accounts, graphic designers etc).
  • Managing external suppliers for the production of all the materials, including videos, photos or BTL paper materials: being able, for example, to participate in all the phases of a photo shooting, supporting the creation of a production plan.
  • Ensure communication projects and assignments are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Take responsibility for a number of tasks, including scheduling and managing communication among all project team members, developing and distributing meeting materials, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Recent University degree (Science of Communication, Business or Marketing preferred).
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 at least)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Previous experience in communication agency is a strong plus
