The candidate will actively contribute at creating / maintaining / enhancing a favourable public image and identity of the Dè Longhi Group, complying with Group and Brands strategy and key objectives, by communicating programs, Group events, accomplishments and/or points of view.
The Role’s Main Responsibilities
• Codify and define the corporate identity
• Plan, implement and manage public relations programs
• Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives
• Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
• Determine KPIs for PR and measure and provide reports on each PR campaign
• To addess media questions, pitch stories to the media, prepare media kits, organize press conferences and write press releases
• Write internal and external speeches for the company leaders and spokespeople and prepare articles for corporate newsletters
• Monitor corporate image and analysing media coverage while ensuring its compliance with company and brands’ strategy
• Release information to counter negative publicity/image and handle crisis and emergency communications
• Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local PR Agencies, institutions, key media people, politicians, etc.
• Define and Manage a PR budget
• Help to handle enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations
• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media as well as brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, catalogues, etc
• Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
• Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations.
