as a Communication and Training Specialist you will be part of the Communication & Training Team of 8 people, supporting the Commercial Support Department (>600 persons). You will deliver training sessions on our ERPs, Tools and take actions on the activities/projects going on in the team. You are the face our company and department when welcoming new hires in our organization. You will be in direct contact (face to face, Email, phone) with all the internal partners for Europe (technical and commercial support teams, customer service, sales teams. You will attend to the team meetings and to any working meeting related to the projects you will participate to.
Who you are:
- Strong experience and knowledge in ERPs and processes; R&A WE Customer Excellence knowledge preferred
- Customer oriented and strong sense of Customer Experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good attention to details; working in team, in autonomy and taking initiatives.
- Language skills: English and another European language will be an asset
